Have you ever heard of a song called "Where is the love?" by the Black-Eyed Peas? Well, there was this kid, Matt, who loved that song. A freind, Ross, wasn't so keen. Anyway, he adopted the lyrics "Where are my Gloves?" instead because it sounds better and used it as a name on MSN messenger. We all saw it, had a laugh and that was the end. For a while.
A few weeks later, Paul was at home, when he heared the song "Love Shack" by The B-52's on an episode of the Simpsons. For some reason, he thought about "Where are my Gloves" and, putting the two together he got "The Glove Shack". That sounded nice. Talking to Ross later on MSN, the subject of "Glove Shack" arose. After a mass discussion with him he suggested about making a Guild about it on Neopets, a while later the Where Are My Gloves? / Glove Shack guild was set up - about midnight from the 17th to 18th of December (although the official date is the 18th).
Voilla. The Glove Shack was born.
